Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your INDUCTION account and any associated personal data held by INDUCTION. You do not need to install or open the INDUCTION mobile application to submit this request.

To request deletion, send an email with the following details:

• Send to: iductionindt@gmail.com
• The request must be sent from the email address associated with your INDUCTION account.
• Use the subject line: INDUCTION Account Deletion Request
• Include your INDUCTION account identifier (if known) to help us verify ownership.

Once INDUCTION verifies that the request comes from the account owner, the INDUCTION account and personal data associated with it will be deleted, except for data that must be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory, accounting, or blockchain-related purposes.

We will process verified requests as quickly as reasonably possible. You may receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Public blockchain transactions cannot be deleted or modified. Once a transaction is recorded on the Solana blockchain, it is outside INDUCTION's ability to erase or alter. This includes on-chain transfers of INDT or other tokens, transaction signatures, wallet addresses, and amounts.

Account deletion removes the application account and associated personal data held by INDUCTION; it does not remove immutable public blockchain records.

Even after account deletion, INDUCTION may need to retain certain information where required by law or legitimate operational needs, including:

• security and fraud-prevention records;
• legal, regulatory, or governmental obligations;
• accounting, tax, or financial record-keeping requirements;
• evidence of blockchain transactions and wallet addresses;
• information necessary to enforce our terms or protect our rights.

You can submit an account deletion request directly from this page by emailing the address above. You are not required to install, open, or log in to the INDUCTION mobile application to initiate deletion.
